The red carpet is rolled out and the spotlights are brushing the evening sky as we welcome you to our 2018 annual Christmas Party and Awards Evening.

This year we will be holding the event at Jamies Wine Bar, Minories where we will have our own private room and bar. You will receive a glass of prosecco on arrival followed by a sumptuous three course Christmas dinner. After dinner our MC will take to the stage to announce the winners of the 2018 Spread Eagle Players awards and there may even be a little karaoke later in the night. We welcome all members, non-members and partners alike to join us for the evening.

  • Crispy fried pumpkin ravioli (v)with marinara sauce, watercress salad
  • Kiln smoked salmon pâté lemon & caper cream, blinis, crispy shallots
  • Roasted parsnip & celeriac soup (v, gf) parsley oil, vegetable crisps 
  • Roast duck lollipops (gf) beetroot & horseradish purée 
  • Brussels sprout & roasted fennel salad (ve, gf, n) cranberries, pecans, orange maple dressing

  • Roast turkey stuffed with cranberry, sage and sausage meat and wrapped in streaky bacon, served with roasted potatoes and gravy 
  • Stuffed butternut squash (ve, gf*, n) roasted and stuffed with peppers, spinach, quinoa, toasted walnuts, olives, cranberries and spring onion with a toasted pine nut dressing and crispy shallots 
  • Roasted cod loin (gf*) parsnip & celeriac purée, crispy bacon and a thyme cream sauce
  • Camembert & bacon beef burger cranberry chutney, lettuce, tomato, skin-on fries 
  • 4oz Ribeye steak (gf*) horseradish mashed potato, wild mushroom cream sauce 
  • Christmas pudding trifle (v) brandy custard, Christmas pudding, orange cream, red currants 
  • Banoffee tart (v) shortcrust pastry, salted caramel, vanilla cream, caramelised banana, vanilla ice cream 
  • White chocolate mousse (v, gf) raspberry sauce, caramel popcorn 
  • Apple tarte tatin (v) salted caramel sauce, cinnamon ice cream 
  • Coconut & orange rice pudding brulée (ve, gf) red currants, toasted coconut flakes

This event is £36.00 per person for members and £38.00 per person for non-members.
